  1. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

    3.1 Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facility located in the United Kingdom.

3.2 Shipping Partners and Transit Times: We partner with premier international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services, to serve our customers across Europe. Standard delivery is estimated to take between 3 and 6 business days from dispatch.

3.3 Tracking Notifications: To ensure transparency throughout fulfillment, our system automatically sends shipping tracking updates to the email address provided by you during checkout. Notifications are triggered at key operational milestones, including upon order dispatch, arrival at carrier transit hubs, and local out-for-delivery stages.

3.4 Transit Delays and Investigations: In the event that a delivery exceeds standard transit timeframes, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier.   1. Risk of Loss and Passing of Ownership

4.1 In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations (specifically the European Consumer Rights Directive), the risk of damage to or loss of goods shall remain with Purecottontable and shall only transfer to the consumer when the consumer (or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods.

4.2 Risk does not pass to the consumer upon handover of the goods to the carrier. Ownership of the goods shall transfer to the consumer upon full payment of the purchase price and successful physical delivery.

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Statutory Cancellation Rights

    5.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: As our target market includes consumers residing in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you possess a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

5.2 Cancellation Period Expiry: The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

5.3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent via email to our customer support address: alarm@purecottontable.com. You may use the optional model withdrawal form set out below, though it is not obligatory.

  1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

6.1 If you receive items that are defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to statutory remedies under applicable consumer laws.

6.2 To expedite resolution for damaged or defective items, you may contact our customer support team via email (alarm@purecottontable.com) within a reasonable timeframe after receipt, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

6.3 Upon verification of the photographic evidence provided, and without requiring the physical return of damaged or defective items, we will process a full refund or arrange a replacement dispatch according to your preference and inventory availability.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide products to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of habitual residence within the European Union.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or the competent courts of your EU place of residence where mandated by local consumer protection regulations.
